As a client-first firm, BMA seeks out high-caliber individuals for each engagement, most of whom are successfully and currently employed and not actively searching.  Those candidates in transition are also fully considered, but like employed candidates, are thoroughly vetted.

PILLAR FIVE: TRANSPARENT FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

BMA is a retained search firm with a staged fee structure based on meeting key milestones set forth at the beginning of each engagement.  There are no set-up fees, research fees or unexpected charges.

If desired, BMA may act as a further functional extension of client Human Resources, assisting in everything from creating front-end position descriptions, internal employee assessments and industrial psychologist referrals to market-priced salary and compensation counsel, relocation terms and other value-added services throughout the recruitment process.
