Look

Begin initial market & candidate research, targeting specific companies & industries which may include competitors, similar industry or culture

Deliverables:

  • Gather competitive & market intelligence; begin building potential candidate pipeline

  • Present "Benchmark" candidate (if desired)

  • Recommend and/or coordinate leadership or executive assessments

  • Assist in compensation discussions, offer prep & delivery strategy
